Jack Stephens, MA
President

Mr. Stephens has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Mr. Stephens has held several upper management positions with behavioral health organizations including 12 years with Psychiatric Management Resources where he left as Senior Vice President of Operations. Currently, Mr. Stephens is responsible for community outreach and education for CNS Network as well as performing clinical rating scales for many of CNS Network's clinical trials.

Cat Hoffman
Study Coordinator

Ms. Hoffman has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She previously worked as a research assistant for Miami University and as a probation officer for Cuyahoga County in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, Ms. Hoffman is a study coordinator for CNS Network and is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient clinical trials.

Sandra Scott, LPT
Senior Study Coordinator

Ms. Scott earned the Psychtiatric Technician Certificate and License from Golden West College and her Bachelor's degree from University of California , Irvine. Ms. Scott first served as a charge nurse for 3 years. Subsequently, she was Supervisor, Behavioral Health, at UniCare for 12 years. As Senior Study Coordinator for CNS Network, Ms. Scott is responsible for the coordination of multiple pharmaceutical trials including completion of case report forms, protocol mamagement and liaison between the physicians, hospitals, pharmaceutical staff and patients.

Bobbie Theodore
Site Liaison

Ms. Theodore holds a Master's degree in Health Administration for California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor's degree in Education from University of Kansas. Ms. Theodore has over 15 years of experience with healthcare entities. Her experience includes business development for behavioral health organizations, clinical research centers and medical professionals, as well as direct service in hospital settings. Ms. Theodore has preformed analyses of health systems, developed new customer relationships for sales teams, built and maintained a sales pipeline and assisted in the growth of start-up and expanding compines.
