On March 21, 2009, the Chamber of Commerce put on  the Second Annual Seal Beach Health Fair. CNS Network was one of seventy local vendors to support the efforts of the health fair. Many of the booths offered free information and services for the community ranging from cholesterol tests to chiropractic services. Despite the less-than optimal weather, people from all over Seal Beach and Orange County attended the fair to show their support. The City of Commerce gave away “Go Green” bags influencing the go-green movement, other booths offered free massages and make-overs by a Merle Norman makeup artist. CNS Network gave out information on clinical trials, why it is so important to the medical community and to the population as a whole, how it affects everyone who has taken or is taking medication approved by the FDA. CNS Network offered pill boxes, magnets, pens, brochures, chap sticks, and even a chance to win an iPod shuffle by guessing the number of jellybeans in a jar.

The Seal Beach Health Fair was quite a success for the vendors as well as the people who attended. We, at the CNS Network booth were able to inform and educate the community as well as spark interest of those who wanted more information about the trials that are currently being conducted at CNS Network such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, Depression, Schizophrenia, and Migraines.
