CNS Network was a proud sponsor of the 2009 NAMI WALKS event in Huntington Beach on September 26, 2009. NAMI walks started in 2003 in response for a greater awareness of mental health from local and State officials. Since then, 74 cities all across the United States have held a NAMI WALKS. Last year, there were approximately 100,000 walkers and over 7.5 million dollars raised from local corporations.
