Healthy Chinese bridging research studies are very similar to normal healthy studies, except they look at how new medications may react to specific differences in people of Asian descent due to historical dietary and environmental differences. These clinical trials are generally early phase and are used to investigate how drugs or other forms of treatment are absorbed into the body.
